Spyro Zarifopoulos, the founder of USG, holds a bachelor of science in engineering and an MBA in International Business. Through his 29 years of experience in construction, he has established USG as one of the leading roofing, waterproofing, and restoration companies in the New York metropolitan area. As a result of his passion for perfection and hands-on involvement as well as strong relationships with his clients, USG has managed to achieve the recognition it deserves in the New York Construction and Real Estate industry.
Bradley Camarda
As Director of Operations, Bradley has been with Universal Services Group for 24 years. Through his hands-on management style, Brad ensures the smooth and steady flow of labor and materials to the job sites throughout the construction process. Over the course of his career with USG, Brad has been instrumental in the company’s growth and evolution, as well as maintaining a vision for the future.
Ed Power
Our Vice President / Project Manager Ed Power, holds a Master’s Certificate in Applied Project Management and a BA in Environmental Economics. Ed is a firm believer in communication and teamwork among co-workers and everyone involved in a project. In Ed’s opinion, it is this collaborative environment that enables USG to continuously complete successful projects and to serve our large client base on a consistent basis.
Nick Davidson
Our Project Manager Nick Davidson began his career in construction as a journeyman carpenter in the high-end, ultra-luxury construction industry. As a journeyman carpenter and construction project manager at USG for over three years, he brings a wealth of field and technical expertise to the table. His professional credentials include certificates in construction project management and other related fields from NYU.
David Noss
David Noss is our Florida Estimator – part mathematician, part magician. David’s roofing and waterproofing knowledge, his history as a sales person, and his desire to provide accurate and thorough information, helps ensure that we meet our clients’ expectations at a fair price.
